Lucchesi Sub-Slot Brackets

Discover the best of both worlds with the Lucchesi Sub-Slot bracket. Low friction and rapid tooth movement like a self-ligating bracket, using the sub-slot, at the beginning of treatment, to full wire engagement for optimum torque expression during the later stages of treatment using the top slot like a conventional twin bracket.

Recommended wires for use in the Sub-Slot are .013" Copper NiTi for more crowded cases or .014" Copper NiTi for less crowded cases in the first 12-16 weeks. A free set of .013" Copper NiTi wires are included with each set. Call us if you would like to substitute .014" for .013" wires.
