Orthoshop Africa provides shipping via The Courier Guy, My Courier and Aramex, and packages are F.O.B. point of origin. Get free Shipping on orders R2500.00 and above in product, limited to South Africa. International African customers can choose from various shipping options at checkout. All packages are shipped from our office in Panorama, Cape Town. Shipping charges (if applicable) and taxes will be applied to your invoice upon checking out.

Orders under R2500.00 will be charged with the shipping option that is selected at checkout.

Ortho Shop only sells online within South Africa. Please contact us at sales@orthoshopafrica.com for international orders.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping to outlying areas: Please expect significantly slower ship times to regional and outlying areas.

Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

All customers are able to purchase various services, including expedited shipping at checkout. Couriers cannot deliver to P.O Box addresses.
